"Plane was not Air Europa but Spanair, flight was 6 and half hours delayed. Nothing was mentioned at check in that it was already 5 hours delayed then, we were told it would be there at 9pm then at 9.30 we were told 10:45pm, we were given a 10 euro voucher to spend on dinner as compensation. The whole service was disgusting. Then when told at 11 that we could board in 20 minutes there was a problem with the plane so were waiting on another plane to become ready (should have already had this organised when they knew the first plane was delayed by 5 hours) finally got on board at 12:35 took off roughly at 1am for Valencia, we had accommodation booked and were expecting to be there at 7:30pm, we ended up paying for a full days accommodation and didnt end up being there."
