"CheckIn: requested an A seat as I have a hearing problem. I was given a boarding pass for an F. I returned to the counter to be told, yes I did change it but I forgot to change the boarding card! I then noticed My seat was a C but couldn't be bothered to argue futher for an hour flight. I was the first checking in so there was no excuse."

"Aircraft: Booking confirmation said that there would be drinks and food on board but none was offered. Not a problem on a flight of only 1 hour but weong information."
