"Aircraft: It was a really old aircraft and this was disappointing. I was looking forward to a Virgin atlantic experience and it didn't meet my expectations. Personal entertainment systems were so old you couldnt pause movies and had to wait until it played out to watch it from the beginning also the controller that usually pops out of the side of the seat was stationary in the side of the arm an d so it was difficult to flick channels and adjust the volume."
