"I am not going to take a sandwich with 50% discount, just because you have?t sold them before. If they were 2 euros instead of 4 everybody would bye them.
Two weekes ago in my flight sevill amsterdam, they broke my luggage."

"Aircraft: They shouldn't be waitress, but crew. I had another flight with Vueling just 50 minutes after landing to Seville. I asked them if they were knowing the gate and they just said no, they didn't helpp at any moment. In some others flights (with Iberia for example) they have asked, answered me, and even the captain announced my gate and the rest of connections. I repeat they are crew, not waitress."

"The flight was delayed by an hour. The seats are impossibly small (I am 6"6') and so were the 2 other guys sitting next to me. The flight was overbooked so I was sitting in someone elses seat but they offered to take the later flight. The staff were rude and unhelpful and the pilot seemed to be purposely diving into patches of clouds to maximize turbulence."

"CheckIn: There was a very long line due to other flight departures from same company. Personel did not select people from the line who were to leave first, which made me miss my plane. One person before me they closed check in, after waiting in line for 20 minutes and people for later flights being checked in. The flight was overbooked so i was not able to go at all, but did not get any compensation, since the company refused to let me check in. I was late, but still in time and if organised better would have made my flight. I took the next flight to Barcelona, was waiting as from 2 hours before departure and was only checked in after more then an hour! Only an hour before flight leave (20 min for check in left) an other check in employee came to help out."
