"We were flyingwith Veuling where 23 kilo of luggage was allowed. As we travelled with a child (1 yr old) and had to ae his travel bed we called upfront if the 23 kilo should be 1 piece or that the bed could be taken separately. It was allowed accordign the helpdesk t take the bed separately as long as we stayed within the 23 kilo. In the end we had 16 kilo in 2 pieces (1 bag and 1 child bed) but we had to pay extra fr this at check inn. Therefor we rate this flight as bad as it was not was told upfront."

"Children: See general comments about baggage. Furthermore the cildren's pushchair was only delivered on the norma bagage band instead of at exiting the plane. Distances with 15 kilo child are not so easy."

"Departure from Brussels was 2 hours late! And Vueling gave us no explanations for the delay. We were sitting in the plane for 30 min before it took off. The seats are very uncomfortable and definetly not made for people above 180cm. Flight attandats were ok."
