"CheckIn: Check in procedure was fast and effective. However, when we board and left the plane, we smiled and say Hi to a fat Stewardess, her attitude was very bad. She jumped in response to insult. I don't know whether we are Chinese or what other reasons. By the way, I'm telling you what we experienced."

"1 hour delayed.
One of the attendant wanted me to get behind the line to check my luggage size.
I told her: "I could fit it", and she started asking to every staff if they had measured it...The bus went to the airplane and had to come back to the gate because the airplane was not ready."

"Flight delay also for nearly an hour and there were no annoucement. On the screen it keep saying on time but there is not call for boarding. Only later it was shown on the gate screen that there was a delay but did not mentioned for how long. Very bad service to keep the customer waiting without know how long is the delay"
