"Incidents: Learned my flight from BCN to Venice was canceled when I arrived to check-in on the day of my return flight. Had to queue in line for over two hours to get to speak to a Vueling agent in BCN. The agent handled the problem professionally, offering me the possibilities for a flight out asap, which was same time the next day. Was a bit disappointed to learn the company wasn't going to cover any of the accommodation costs incurred by the cancellation of the flight, but understood the reasons for the cancellation lay with the strike of Italian air controllers, and were not the responsibility of the Vueling company. So overall, satisfied with the handling of the cancellation."
