Tokyo sights and attractions

Tokyo is one of the most exciting cities on earth to visit. It is a neon-drenched mega-metropolis and fascinating jumble of traditional heritage and contemporary culture, towering architecture and centuries of history. Visitors interested in sightseeing will discover a myriad of cultural and historical sights that communicate the city's history, while skyscraper panoramas of Mount Fuji, gleaming department stores, and nearby onsen (hot springs) are just some of the other attractions it has to offer. Seasons play a major role in Japanese culture. Visit in springtime to experience the magic swathes of cherry blossom (hanami) or in the fall for spectacular fiery red and golden colors.
