Very expensive for a short flight. The airport opened only one hour before the flight and we had to wait outside in cold and wind.Irenca
i miss the flight becouse we have delay one day from dubai airport. next day i have to buy a new bussiness to fly athens thessaloniki another delay plus i lost the old ticketdoctor
There was a strike in Greece and the flight was uncertain for about an hour plus the e-mails from the company that changed the departure time 4 timesGeorge Matt
when doing reservation it is not clear how to consider laugage weight. we came across it only in the airportnoni
Don't let passengers rearrange overhead lockers to suit themselves. I was in seat 5D & a passenger in row 1 came down to place his suitcase above my seat by removing my bag to suit himself, in doing so he dropped his Samsonite carry on case on my head. He was apologetic & the Stewardess asked if I was okay too. However, he should never have been doing it so carelessly & without thought for the safety of others. I ended up with a lump on my head & he has a first class seat & relaxed in style!Melinda
Whilst the flight experience with Aegean is excellent, I feel that the cost remains too expensive, particularly the add on cost of baggage.JoAnne Kalliga
Was Ok, little expensiv considering not including cheked bagage and pitty they had only one Vegetarian meal .Tamman
Had to pay quite a bit for baggage at Check in. The online booking website wasn't clear what type of fare we were buying eg Flexi so we didn't know whether to check the box.Lis
when i booked the price was 418 euro's. when i paid it was instantly 498 euro's.. 13 euro extra for payment by master card is a rip off.hendrik
Unruly passengers given exit tow seating they did not have allocated to them. They then drank their duty free bottles of alcohol were very noisy and did not respect air hostess requests. Action should have been taken on arrival at Heraklion.Marg
1- Proper receipt is highly required 2- the additional fees should be announced before as we compare flight tickets price without the feesKhaldun
