Generally speaking since I did get to fly, I cannot say other than since no defferals or refunds are available but you made your money for mediation, I would have had as much fun walking up to a garbage can and throwing money into it!garbage can
Was horrible fly,I booked my tickets with laggage and pay for it...in airport they say my fly with no luggage and I have to pay 35? plus 50? to check in.Nadav
The worst travel in my Life. The flight delayed more than three hours and went to other airport. AIR BERLIN promise transportation by bus to the original airport and it was lie. Nobody of AIR BERLIN in the airport in order to give a solution. I got an expensive taxi by myself together other passengers to go the original airport. Never ever AIR BERLIN.HAVC
