catastrophic flight back full of nasty people that did not check-in their luggage and so there was no room at all, and by the time this cattle was on board we were late of course. the plane was really old looking and then the pilot failed one landing and took back off all speed after hitting the ground in paris, we lost another 20 minutes, and then, even though air france in paris airport, we had to take another 20minute bus... i am really annoyed that air france will not prevent those stupid people from taking heavy bags in the cabin, and that they are not serious about safety!florent
This was an Air France flight, cost more than some of the smaller companies but definitely worth it for the convenience and professionalism. The Baroness
I had serious problems with finalising my ticket due to a mistake in reversing my last name with my first name. It cost me a lot of money without reason and despite the fact I had an insurance.canella
Air France in Yerevan should be trained to know visa regulations, in particular, for the passengers with UN Laissez Passer.Vahram
Air France personnel is very efficient. First flight to Paris was late and I risked to miss the connection to Duesseldorf. Anyway the personnel provided passengers all the info needed and let people who had to continue their travel by a connection get off the plane before the other passengers.apossa
I was surprised to have to take care of my self at YUL airport. No one was there to help and customers had to self-check in and leave their luggage, which we were all highly upset about.Elodie
