Como ya he informado, el tiquete de Air France fue suspendido por la compañía sin previo aviso, lo que obligo a comprar tiquete al trein y cubrir el alojamiento de un anoche en Paris. Los gastos en tiquete y alojamiento fueron aproximadamente 270 euros. Por medio correo electrónico ya le he remitido las facturas de gastos con el fin que se me reintegren estos gastos debido a que la cancelación del tiquete fue sin aviso y provoco muchos inconvenientes en el traslado. If you are connecting to multiple services I advise to buy flexi fares in case of delays along the way. I our case the flight was delayed 15 minutes and nearly caused me to miss a connection.RobertP
Don't understand why one gets a meal on the way back (Air Malta/Air France) but not on the way out (Air Malta/Transavia) - it's all Air Malta! Just keep in mind: 1. Only ONE baggage in cabine 2. 40 euro PER ONE PLACE in baggage in airport 3. 14 euro per ONE KILO extra luggage So I can say that this airlines can be used only by students and only for week-end trips. Be carefull during ticket ordering and do not forget to add you luggage in ticket.Ananta
Flight out was brilliant though onward flight was tight for time. Return was also great until I arrived at Paris CDG then I found it really difficult finding directions to my my gate. Fortunately my French is quite good.zipperkarting

paid 260 euro for a one stop flight from Nice to paris to dublin. 6 hour stopover on outward trip. 3 hour stopover on the way back. flight, on flight attendants and ground staff were very nice. i have two complaints 1. the connecting flights were from two different airports in paris , Charles de gaulle and Orly airports. on both flights i had to pay 21 euro for a bus to connect me to these two flights... surely this should be built into the cost of the flight. 2.which is my main complaint. on the return flight. the airline lost my one piece of checked in luggage for about 45 minutes. i hopped on the next available connecting bus, which left me too late for my connecting flight. I then had to wait 4 and a half hours to get another flight, which left me frustrated and tired and spending money around an airport i shouldnt have been in. but even worse my wife and kids were waiting for me at Nice airport and had to wait those 4 and a half hours in the heat.. a very frustrating experience which was completely the airlines faultjason

I booked from paris to bordeaux.you give a flight from Orly airport and I arrived to Paris from Amman at Charles default .it was very hard to move to Orly airport and cost a lot of money.and now I booked from Bordeaux to Luxembourg,,and after I paid by my credit card .sorrofully I discovered that you booked to me through Barcelona,will make a stop there.this will take about 5 hours.its incredible and I was chocked..you should let me know before I put my credit card and you cut the price of the ticket.its not honest to do that with me.how I will trust you later to book again with you....Suhair
Heathrow airport is always crowded with waiting planes for landing. You need to take more than enough time for transit to other countries. I missed the plane booked to next flight for another country.Tomoko
The flight was late from Hanoi to Paris and we lost the connection to Bilbao. No one helped us and no one informed us about our rights. No vouchers were provided for meals considering we had to wait 7 hours for the next flight. The service and attention in this sense was terrible. VN Airlines said that is Air France´s fault and vice versa and no one solves anything and at the end we were the affected and no one pay attention to us. Terribly disappointing experience!josefa
I needed to change my ticket and I was not able to do it because of your policies, so I did not travel with your ticket, lost all the money I paid and on top had to buy a new ticket to be there in the moment I needed (I bought it directly from AirFrance), so I really don't understand why are you asking my to fill this questionnaire.
