Departure was delayed by 1.30 hrs. I lost my business connection and on return flight Alitalia would not change my booking to an earlier flight. Eventually they did so but it was a long a troublesome exercise. Alòitalia? never again....as usual
It was not practical to change terminals on the way to Paris, and completely inconvenient to change airports in Milan on the way back.
They lost my laguage two times in going abd returning. Last time lagiage is destryoed not valid any more and bo compansation yet.
The flight was delayed due to weather, however, the crew and captain made sure that we were comfortable by offering us water while we waited after boarding.
delay departure. flew to Pisa instead of Florence. the company is very lazy organized transport from Pisa to Florence. I do not think what else to ever use the services of Alitalia
it was a bit upsetting not to be able to print online the boarding cards, but otherwise all has worked perfectly and without any hitch
You cancelled my original flight that I bought and put me on a much later flight. I had to wait for 6 hours and missed half a day on my short trip of only 4 days. I was very disappointed and when I called to ask for help the person I talked to wasn't very personable nor helpful.
it was freezing cold on the flight to Miami. Everybody was complaining but they did not fix the aircon. The flight back however was ok.
Most irritating that at the airport in Prague we were only informed of an hour delay at the very last minute ( when we should have been boarding ) very unprofessional with in transit repercussions . Ryanair reduced cost of my early booking by 65% just a week after booking
Too much delay on the departure of the flight Madrid-Rome, causing stress for catching the connection in Rome. Thankfully that flight waited for us.
