Both times of departure were in the morning, not to early, so it means withouth stress. Everything was organized as it should be.Maja
It was the first time I was not allowed to drop a piece of lagagge. May I made a mistake in the reservaton. Anyway the problem was solved without inconveniences.btomsi
None of the flights could be changed or cancelled, only eith written request that must be send to your offices in italy 7 days before the flight date, thats impossible if i book the flight 1 day before the date that i have to travelAndri
Departure was delayed by 1.30 hrs. I lost my business connection and on return flight Alitalia would not change my booking to an earlier flight. Eventually they did so but it was a long a troublesome exercise. Alòitalia? never again....as usualrealman10
Alitalia should make it clear ,online ,that it is not possible to check in online. I tried so many times to no avail. Very frustrating. Their cost compared to Ryanair is manifold with virtually the same service the only difference was a drink and bread roll on Alitalia. Seat comfort same as RyanairBarb
Pleasant checking in procedures, boarding and flight. 45 minute delay in departure on return leg due to jammed tyre stop not acceptableJ
The flight was delayed due to weather, however, the crew and captain made sure that we were comfortable by offering us water while we waited after boarding.ASmith
fare is very high for internal flight. It would be nice to see a low cost flight from Rome to Trieste.Frequent flyer
The promo price at the begining you publish for the flight to Rome is one thing and one amount and at the end when we reserve an d pay is much more and something totally different .It is not correct bank commision is to high than insurance and so on is not the price you were promoting at start. Nex time put the price which incluse all thisVlatko
It was truly horrible . They delayed my luggage and as of today I am on day four of my vacation without my stuff. I completely ruined my trip. And there is nobody to talk to.Aida
Overall nightmare! Make sure your tickets are booked. We found out the day before our flight that our tickets were not actually booked. Had to pay double the price to book at the last minute since we already paid for our hotel in advance and would loose our money. No to mention my husband took leave and everything.Patricia
the worst flight ever! Specially as it was for business, we lost our meeting at Lyon due to overbooking!Janine Degener
Horrible travel with Alitalia. We lost our connection in Roma to go to Tel aviv an the assistance and communication of staff of Alitalia was no professional. To much problems to change our new flight and also problems to give us a hotel for the night.Juan Rafael Román Valverde
I had a complete stress trip on the way to Vienna via transit in Roma. Actually my flight was delayed from the departure in Tirana with 50 minutes and the arrival in Roma was not the one calculated, but one hour later. My transit time to catch the other flight normally calculated was approximately 1,5 hours, which putted me in very hard situation to reach the next flight ti Vienna. Finally my luggage did not reach the flight to Vienna on time,so i had to wait and think if was possibly reaching me before my flight back to Tirana 2 days after. Fortunately,i have received my luggage the next day in the morning at my hotel and after it everything was ok also with the return trip back home.Elvira
My plane from Tunis to Rome was late, one hour. I was going to Triestre to drive from there to Croatia to participate in a triathlon competition (for which I paid 220 euros). I was carrying my bicycle with me (Carbon bike, professional) as well as all the things needed to compete (helmet, clothes, running shoes, bikini shoes, food, energy gels and bars, pants, sweaters, hats, tops, gloves, compression socks, go pro camera, and personal stuff) which was all in the bike bag. My bike did not make it on time to the plane from Rome to Trieste although at landing in Rome I saw it being put on a trolley. Even though there were several planes to Trieste the same day (3 after I landed) and the days after and although i was promised that the bike would be brought to Croatia by car, it never arrived and picked it up myself in Triestre before taking my flight back. The bike bag was broken and so it was the back part of the bike. Not having the bike obliged me to spend 6 hours finding a bike rental, trying it, buying all the stuff again (not according to my standards but to what was available) and compete biking with running shoes and not biking shoes which made me loose precious time. On top of it, these competitions are hard (Half IronMan) and spending 6h managing the problems plus all the stress was really bad when i should have rested prior to a long day and dangerous, where being in good condition is fundamental.Sonia Sanchez Quintela
I arrived at the check in counter for my flight to be informed that there had been an over booking and I would therefore have to wait for the flight at 14.20. I had just flown from New Zealand so was very tired and the extra wait from the 10.00am flight until the 14.20 flight was very annoyingTrish
they charged me 160 Euro for extra kg of bag and i never paid such amount of money for any airline and i will never ever fly again with Alitalia. Beside that two hours i spent in the airport. very rude staff as well.mk
Alitalia is almost always late, so be aware of the duration of transit time -particularly in Rome where the border control for non-EU can take up to 45 minutes of queuing!Mira
My first flight was not ordered to TAP!!! i had to purchase the ticket for a second time 10 minutes before start of boarding. How is it possible! I have now to start to be reimbursed. What a waste of timeClement
Very bad experience as we book check-in lagguage and pay for it but on airport did not want to take it and asked me to pay 80 eur for itReni
