Alitalia should make it clear ,online ,that it is not possible to check in online. I tried so many times to no avail. Very frustrating. I have to say I traveled with two different companies. The flight Brussels/São Paulo with KLM was perfect, I have no specific remarks. One of my luggage just arrived a day after I arrived in São Paulo. But it can happen, the connection I had in Amsterdam was very fast. But I effectuated the São Paulo/Brussels flight with Alitalia, with a 1hour connection in Roma. The conexion was awful, also I have remarks, yes. I had more or less 1 hour to do the connection in Roma and take my Roma/Brussels flight. My first flight got late (20 minutes), and I couldn't arrive on the gate on time. (I arrived exactly when the doors plane were shutting). Why? Because I didn't benefit from any help from the airline company to ensure that I was going to make it. Despite of the late first flight, they didn't try to make sure every passenger would manage to get their next flight. In Roma, the hand baggage and passport were checked. I asked if I could pass in front of the lines, but the personal of the airport said I would get my flight and that everything would be fine. So I waited untill I realized it was time for embarking. Then I insisted and passed the control more rapidly. But it was already too late. I really think there should be a special attention from the company with for the passengers in my situation. And I've already seen companies caring more about their passengers. After I missed the flight, the personal of the company took care of my case.
