The plane was delayed, no announcement was made. When I asked why nobody explains us what happen, I was told that it's always that case if the delay is less than 30 minutes. We ended up with 45 minutes. Pretty inconvenient when someone is waiting for you.ParisMadrid

Had to check in at the airport as didn't have a printer. We checked in reasonably early but when I asked for a seat with extra leg room (I am 6ft 5inches tall ) was informed that all seats were allocated by the company and couldn't be changed! The steward on board said he would try and arrange for an exchange of seats with passengers in emergency rows. I never heard back from him! Consequently I had a rather uncomfortable flight with my knees jammed into the seat in front!Rob

The connecting flight back from Madrid to Florence was changed from Iberia to Veuling. The staff claimed they could not book us through (although our bags could be book through) and when we arrived in Madrid with a 1 hour layover we were told we had to exit the terminal and check in from the outside. Staff and check in were great, the flights were very unsteady and i got sick on the return flight. Our flight from Vigo to Madrid was delaid which left us 20mins to get the plane and run to the other end of the airport in Madrid to try and catch our connecting flight.Jane

Vueling did not do a drinks service for our outward flight due to slight turbulence. Seat belt signs were illuminated for the whole of the 2 hour and 10 minute flight into Cardiff. No announcements were made to inform passengers. A very poor service by Vueling.SuzieB
