I flew in Economy class from Madrid to Sevilla and in Business from Sevilla to Madrid. I think the price went up due to the Business class trip although I have to say that the Business class trip was a nice experience.Mohamed

One way hold baggage cost is a nonsense. How many people take a suitcase only one way??? And all the extras for tax, credit cards etc. Mount up, so flight is not actually that good value.N/A

We were sleeping when the staff was offering food and drinks. After we woke up we wanted to order something to eat and there was nothing left (Vueling), so we end up hungry. Also, some passangers were walking in and out from captain's cabin (also Vueling). The staff of Vueling was not professional.Young couple

There was an air traffic controller strike in France and my connection between Madrid and Warsaw was cancelled. I was sent to a hotel and my accommodation and meals were covered by the airline. The next day my flight was also cancelled and I was rebooked in a different flight: Madrid-Múnich-Warsaw. The Madrid-Múnich flight was delayed and I could not make it for the connection with Warsaw, so I had to spend another night in Múnich. I was offered a place at the 6.50 flight from Múnich to Warsaw. I had departed on Wednesday and should have arrived in Warsaw that very Wednesday. I was participating at an international conference as a speaker and arrived to my final destination on Friday, two days later, so I missed most of the conference. This has probably been the worst experience I have ever had when flying. A real nightmare!!!Manuel
Worst experience you could hope for... I didn't get on the plane because I wasn't even notified about the fact I had bought a ticket. Following this my money was not refunded. This is disgraceful, not only will I never do business with eDreams again but I will tell my family and friends how bad my experience was and recommend they never book through eDreams.Not happy
