The plane was delayed, no announcement was made. When I asked why nobody explains us what happen, I was told that it's always that case if the delay is less than 30 minutes. We ended up with 45 minutes. Pretty inconvenient when someone is waiting for you.ParisMadrid

Brussels National Airport was totally collapsed, many flights were delayed for at least 1 hour. Even so I missed my flight resulting in the cancellation by Air Europa of my returning flight.Juan

It would take a book to explain the deficiencies. The airport is so disorganized it makes you wonder about the general management of the company. No one knows what you must do or where to go. The physical plant of the airport is pitiful, etc,.Kiko
Due to a strike in France Iberia was not able to rebook me to go from France to Rome. The service was really poor and no solid solutions were proposed about rebooking or even refund. Very frustrating experience. I will definitly think twice before booking with Iberia or Vueling again.Thomas Van Damme

We were told by Iberias website that an extra bag online would be 30€. We tried to book it but couldn't. Then it said at the airport it was 60€. Ended up paying 90 because the flight was operated by Vueling. Not happyCCasella

Had to check in at the airport as didn't have a printer. We checked in reasonably early but when I asked for a seat with extra leg room (I am 6ft 5inches tall ) was informed that all seats were allocated by the company and couldn't be changed! The steward on board said he would try and arrange for an exchange of seats with passengers in emergency rows. I never heard back from him! Consequently I had a rather uncomfortable flight with my knees jammed into the seat in front!Rob

The connecting flight back from Madrid to Florence was changed from Iberia to Veuling. The staff claimed they could not book us through (although our bags could be book through) and when we arrived in Madrid with a 1 hour layover we were told we had to exit the terminal and check in from the outside. There was simply not enough time and we were told the plane was overbooked and were put on standby. We were really not impressed and the staff in Lisbon were really not helpful.Than
Staff and check in were great, the flights were very unsteady and i got sick on the return flight. Our flight from Vigo to Madrid was delaid which left us 20mins to get the plane and run to the other end of the airport in Madrid to try and catch our connecting flight.Jane
