when I bought the ticket it was mentioned Iberia for the rerurn flight and in fact it was Vueling, if I would have known that I wouldn't have chosen thst one, because as usual they were ot on time. TAP is an excellent airline. It is far better value for money than any airline I have used. I was very impressed. The seating areas were comfortable and roomy, the crew was pleasant and helpful and the flight didn't have the feel of an economy flight, at all.Rebecca
TAP was on strike. I was not warned before arriving at the airport. At 1 st I was told that I would have to wait the next day. Eventually after insisting a lot they put me on a flight that same evening but that was 3 hours late. No information at the airport, just waiting around. The flight attendants were not very attentive. I had to call them to remove the litter long after a message to prepare for landing was heard. When I asked for a drawing book for my 6 year impatient son, they said they only had 6 on board and they have all been already handed. I was disappointed . The fligth with Tap was very good but the second part of the trip with Vueling was REALLY BAD. I wait ling for check in, had to pay the luggage, in Barcelona they change door did not inform,.... After I checked in on line and printed my boarding passes, my wife decided to travel with me, so instead of flying from faro to Barcelona by Lisbon we decided That we can fly from Lisbon so I booked another flight for my wife from Lisbon to Barcelona. When we got to boarding door we were told that my flight to barcelonas had been canceled because I didnt fly from Faro. To me was a surprised as this happend before and never got my flçights canceled. So my wife had to fly by her self to Barcelona an I had to wait for another flighjt and had to pay an extra 85 €, so far I can understand however on my way back was told again that my flight was canceled but this time on the boarding gate they let me board and got another available seat without any complications just as I tought woulg have been in Portugal. Not right at all, so it was a bad experience, spent more money and wasnt pleased with trip to Barcelona, will probably never fly With TAP again. Thank youMarco
My flight from Lisbon to Porto had a delay of three hours. Also during the flight from Zagreb to Porto we stopped in Bologna and I didn't know that because it wasn't written anywhere on the ticket.Mara
I couldnt take the flight. I had to leave Marrakech 2 days before my fligh, I tried to talk to you many times but as I was in Marrakech it was very difficult, you dont have any contact by skype or facebook. Hello this time i am really unsatisfied with the service.was a really bad experience. At first because of my credit card the tiket was no emiision at 28 02 2015 because refused card but at 01 03 2015 when i bought the flight the second time was emitided an email that confirm my tiket for 02. 03. 2015 to berlin and i was in airport at 7 o clock from 02 03 2015 and tap told me that e dreams do not confirmed the tikets. i didn t fly because of miss information from e dreams to tap. at 02 03 2015 at 9 o clock morning i bought a tiket in germanwings internet site directly and tooked the flight at 13h25 to berlin tegel..aboul
