The maximum weight for hand luggage on Air Europa flights depends on the class of travel. Economy Class passengers are allowed a maximum weight of 10kg. Business Class passengers are allowed 14kg on short and mid-haul flights and 18kg on long-haul flights.
Maximum dimensions: 55 x 35 x 25cm or 115cm (total of length + width + height)
The baggage allowance on Air Europa flights is 158cm (length + width + height) and a maximum weight of 32kg (70lb) for each piece of checked luggage.

I am very frustrated. At the airport from Madrid they told me my seat was cancelled without any further explanation or excuse. They've send me to terminal 4 Iberia, who told me I had to go back because I didn't had a ticket. After one hour I finally got a ticket for another flight. I had to wait 5 hours and nobody was helpful or even friendly. They barely understood english. Because of this I missed a very important meeting and I arrived only at 1h in the night home. Which is as a 19 year old girl with a big luggage very irresponsible! I am really disappointed seen the fact that my travel to Madrid was very good! Usually if i don't have anything polite to say i won't say anything, but i was so disappointed with the experience myself and my husband had on both this and the return flight i feel i have to express my frustration. First of all when we got on the plane we went to our seats and where told we are being moved to other seats on the plane to accomodate for someone, that was fine until we were left standing in the middle of the plane for about five minutes until they sorted out the new seats for us. We were then told to return to our original seats and after another 10 minutes we were again told we had to move. Eventually when we moved to our new seats the leg space for an 11 hour flight was absolutely ridiculous. We got on domestic flights on our tavels for 45 minutes that had twice as much legroom. Also the food wasnt served until about 3 hours into the flight. None of the staff were helpful or polite i understand everybody has a bad day and you can't be happy all the time but they were the exact same on our return flight. None of the tv's worked on the outbound flight. So to finish we will never fly with air europa again and we will not recommend this airline to anyone.R and S

The flight from San Juan to Madrid was great , no complaints. On the other hand the service at Madrid airport to go to San Juan wasn't as good. It took the lady at check-in more than 1 hour in a half to check us in, check for esta, buy 2 exit row seating. We had to get help from 4 other people from the company to assist her. The flighr from Prague to Barcelona was so incomfortable with CSA. The lane had three sits each side but the sits were tight and definitly not for 3 grown up people. There was no space and was a almost 3 hrs flight.Thats the worst plane i have ever been in.Gea
I had a big problem in Brasil in Porto Alegre Airport. Your services did not lock my flight from Portalegre to Porto. Then from Porto Alegre to S. Paulo I could have to pay over weight in my lugage. Generally space between seats are very small, and you get told off by the steward if you walk around and try to stretch a bit (10 hours flight again not 2 hours). Generally staff´s attitude were very rude and pushing passengers away.Mel
