Registered taxis are available from a stand located in front of the Arrivals hall. Minibus stands are also located in front of the Arrivals hall. Bus service 119 runs from the airport to Dejvická, which is the nearest metro station to the airport, located at the end of line A; journey time is about 20 30 minutes. Prague's compact historic centre is best explored on foot. Cheap public transportation is available in the shape of metro, bus, tram or the funicular railway. You can get tickets, directions, schedules and multilingual public transport system maps at information offices located in five major metro stations. Tickets can be used interchangeably on all forms of transport.
From the airport follow signs to the city centre. At the first roundabout take the first right and then turn left at the traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights turn right and then drive straight, following the tram tracks. Drive down the hill and cross the bridge, and then turn right. Follow the main road and at the second set of traffic lights turn left. Drive straight, passing the big Tesco shop on the right. Continue following this road, which forks left, and take the first right turn into Rytirska Street. Take the first left into Melantrichova Street. The hotel is about 50 metres down the road, on the left.
