The hotel is within two kilometres of the Church of St Michael, the Elbe Harbour and the buzzing nightlife of the Reeperbahn and St Pauli. Hamburg Fuhlsbuttel Airport (HAM) is a 20 minute drive away.
Hotel Features. Minimalism sums up the Side design Hotel's futuristic lobby, where cream hues contrast with grey stone and dark wood panelling, and an open gallery creates a feeling of space.

The wood panelled Fusion Restaurant blends European and Asian cuisine, and has a sushi bar. A DJ plays music from Thursday to Saturday. Decked out with pod shaped sofas in vibrant colours, the eighth floor lounge bar and outdoor terrace afford panoramic views of Hamburg's skyline towards the port and Alster Lake.

The Side design Hotel has a business centre and three function rooms for up to 100 people, centred around the atrium on the first floor.
