Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Summit, located in Destin, Fla., sits behind the ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Beach Manor. This 11 story property is nestled on the southern end of the Tops'l Property. ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Summit offers coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico and the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.
Features. ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Summit features an outdoor pool on site. A nature trail runs through the entire property, and a small golf course is available at the resort. A fitness center, Jacuzzi tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, in addition to other resort amenities, are located at the Tops'l Club a short walk away. The Tops'l Beach Resort is well known for it tennis courts, which accommodate anyone from beginners to the experts. Tennis instructors are available for an additional fee. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are provided at the on site office. Seasonal beach service and children's activities are available for a fee. Complimentary tram service is provided seasonally.

Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Tennis Villas are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during Spring Break (3/18/07 4/14/07). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
