Location. The traditional Hotel Europe is located in the central theatre and business districts of Zurich, Switzerland. The city's famous Opera House is 50 metres from the hotel and Lake Zurich is 200 metres away. Stadelhofen metro station is 300 metres away.
Hotel Features. Occupying a part of the 19th century Uto Castle, the five storey Hotel Europe has wooden furniture and baroque touches throughout. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can give advice on local attractions like the Kunsthaus art museum.

Renovation Notice:
The hotel is scheduled to undergo renovations to its elevator beginning July 22, 2007. During this time, the elevator will not be operational. However, there will be porter service. Work will be done weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The estimated completion date is August 17, 2007. These dates are subject to change.
