The Norton Grange Hotel & Spa was originally built in 1875 and has been beautifully and imaginatively transformed into a superb hotel set in its own grounds with views of the Pennine Hills. August 2005 saw the completion of its £6 million extension and refurbishment of the existing building. Along with an additional 30 bedrooms, they also opened a Spa Natural Health, Fitness and Beauty Club, which features an 18m indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, thermal suite and techno gym. 6 beauty rooms and a relaxation room complete the fantastic facilities.

Set in its own gardens with views of the Pennine Hills, the Hotel is conveniently located just 2 minutes from junction 20 of the M62, between Liverpool and Leeds, yet only 8 miles from Manchester City Centre.

Buffet breakfast offering a wide choice of both cooked and continental options. Pickwick Bar is available for light lunch options and informal dinner and the Restaurant serves a full a la carte menu with options to suit most tastes.

All 81 en-suite rooms have been decorated to a high standard in a modern and contemporary style. Tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, satellite TV,
internet access and hairdryer all come as standard. Wakeup calls and newspapers (at an extra cost) can be arranged and use of the leisure facilities is included.

Useful distances:
Exit J20 of the M62 and follow the A627 south towards Oldham. Take the first slip road off (A664 signposted for Middleton/ Castleton) and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit towards Castleton. The hotel is ½ mile on the left hand side, just after the garden centre.
