Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Celadon Beach Resort is a 23 story high rise property located directly on the beach in Panama City Beach, Fla. ResortQuest Rentals at Celadon Beach Resort is centrally located at the beginning of Panama City Beach's Front Beach Road.
Features. This property offers an indoor/outdoor pool, a gulf front outdoor pool and a game room. A covered skywalk, air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, provides access to the lobby from the parking areas. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the on site office. Seasonal beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella, is complimentary. Seasonal kid's activities are available for a fee.

Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Celadon Beach Resort are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during Spring Break (3/18/07 4/14/07). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
