The Black Bear Lodge offers brand new luxury condominiums just a short walk from the slopes. This property features elevator access to the condos, a large deck and outdoor hot tub, covered loading/unloading area, and meeting space. There are private laundry facilities, free secured covered parking, barbecue area, sundeck, convenient ski locker room and shuttle service on site. ATM service, bicycle rentals, convenience store, and a deli are located at the base area of the ski resort. Business services (fax machine, etc.) and concierge services are available at the Plaza front desk, where guests must check in.

Guests will enjoy the custom log and tile work throughout each unit at the Black Bear Lodge. These three bedroom condos have cable television with VCR/DVD capabilities, stereo in the living room, 18'x 20' great room, and a 2 story rock fireplace. All units have a full gourmet kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, and complimentary coffee. private balcony, and telephone (free local calls). Other amenities include a washer and dryer, hair dryer (upon request), iron/ironing board, high speed Internet access, and a whirlpool bath.

The resort's spa tubs will be closed from May 10 June 19, 2006 and September 6 November 17, 2006.
