Location. Telluride Mountainside Inn is adjacent to ski lifts overlooking the San Miguel River in Telluride, Colorado. This once rowdy mining town, originally called Columbia, was the site of Butch Cassidy's first bank robbery in 1889. Nowadays it is a year round recreation destination for mountain bikers, skiers, snowboarders, anglers and hikers. The resort is within walking distance to shopping, dining and areas where local film and music festivals are held.
