The estimated completion date of the first phase is August 30, 2007. Following the first phase, the remaining floors of the hotel will be renovated two floors at a time, with a buffer floor above and below each floor to minimize noise disturbance. From July 1 through October 31, 2007, Botanica Brasserie, the hotel's all day restaurant will be renovated. The estimated completion date for all renovations is December 31, 2007. These dates are subject to change.
