eDreams: What’s the thing you love most about travel?
Shannon: I love the people and stories I find along the way. Every culture has such a unique take on life; there are strikingly similarities across every culture and intriguing nuances that make each one special. I like finding those moments, stories, people, and foods that account for those similarities and differences.
Why do you blog?
To share my perspective and story; the decision to travel outside the US was one of the most important ones of my life, and has had the most lasting impact on the direction my life, career, and development have taken. I hope to share what I’ve learned, and bounce those ideas off of the community to learn even more!
