1. What does the word “travel” mean to you?

To me, travelling is the freedom. I feel free to discover places I’ve never seen, talk to people I’ve never met and do things I have never tried before. Moreover, as Harvey Lloyd said “Travel is like an endless university. You never stop learning” and I can absolutely relate to it. During the last 3 years spent in Asia, I’ve learnt 25 lessons that were life-changing to me.

2. Why did you decide to start a travel blog?

Travelling has been always in my blood and getting stuck in one place is not what I keen on doing. After I graduated from my university, I simply got bored and tired of predictable life, parties and unpredictable weather. I was always active and ready to discover new places so moving to China was a perfect choice!

3. What is your fondest travel memory?

Visiting Lhasa, the capital city of Tibet. I was truly touched by the fact that Tibetan people were so humble, religious and full of positive energy despite their hopeless political situation and Chinese regime.

4. If you had to recommend two travel blogs, which would they be?

Don’t stop living by Jonny Blair – we met him in person in Da Lang, China. He is such an amazing person and adventurous traveller, so funny and friendly. You should definitely check him out and join his endless journey round the globe (he will soon reach his 100th country). That Backpacker by Audrey – we also had this pleasure to meet her in Hong Kong a few months ago. He used to teach English in South Korea and now she’s backpacking thought Asia, Europe and North America.
