Online check-in
Online check-in is available on the Emirate's website from 24 hours up to 90 minutes before scheduled flight departure. It is only available at select airports and is not available if the first flight in your itinerary is not an Emirates flight.
Hand baggage allowance
The amount and weight of cabin luggage allowed on-board depends on the passenger's class of travel:
- Economy Class: 1 piece, maximum dimensions of 55 x 38 x 20cm, maximum weight 7kg
- First Class and Business Class: 2 pieces (briefcase + hand bag), maximum dimensions of briefcase 45 x 35 x 20cm, maximum dimensions of handbag 55 x 38 x 20cm, maximum weight of both pieces 12kg
Checked baggage allowance
The free checked baggage allowance weight depends on the class of travel:
- Economy Class: 30kg
- Business Class: 40kg
- First Class: 50kg
Exceptions
Emirates Skywards Platinum, Gold or Silver members, may also be entitled to additional allowances.

The meals provided on board are not of the required standard the seats are relatively uncomfortable
The booked seats are completely wrong place. I paid for it but got nothing I paid for.
the service offered at the transit point is disgusting. The airline provides such a overcrowded place for the travellers who are waiting to fly to India or Nepal.
Only passenger 1st class and my suitcase was one and a half hours to come off in Bali and luggage elevator was changed 20 minutes after in forming us it was 4 then changed to 2.
Flying with Fly Dubai was not very good. The staff was great but the screens did not work. I paid for the premium package and they had to move me twice during the flight in order to find the working screen. Besides you have to buy everything on board and that is just too expensive in comparison to other companies.
