Meals were not mentioned during the purchase of the ticket. Therefore since I'm vegan it was only luck that one of the meals on the airplane were vegan and I could eat it.

Excellent services and very caring. I requested to be boarded with others on priority because of a leg problem that I have been suffering for a while not to the point that I need a wheelchair but end up walking slowly specially climbing the stairs and they were very obliging.
I was flying from Boston to Geneva and the app gave me a stop in NYC all flights with United. I did not realize but I was flying in to Newark from Boston and flying to Geneva from JFK. This is very very inconvenient. Also the flight from bsoton was delayed for 90 mintues so in order to get to JFK I had to get an uber that costed me 138USD.

Check in was very poor waited 20 minutes in a queue and then was informed by the check in lady quite rudely that as she was the only one on duty she was too busy to process us as we had no boarding pass. Sent us to another queue where we had to wait again for sometime making it quite tight to catch plane
If Zurich is your transfer airport try to avoid it. We missed the boarding for only 10 minutes and as there were not many passengers the boarding closed immedialtelly although they knew our plane was delayed and we would be there with only 10 minutes delay (to the announced boarding). The personnel in the boarding was extremely arrogant and refused to organise the transport to the plane (she did not even bother to try). Later we found out that the plane had an half an hour delay. We were forced to stay in Zurich atlhough it would be very easy to organise the additional transer to the plane or wait for 5 minutes before closing boarding. It is actually ironic that by the time that we reached the hotel (where we were forced to stay) the plane has not departure yet!
3 different airlines used the same plane so there was no seating choices. Sandwiches between a couple who refused to switch so they can sit next to one another. It was horrible.
We ordered meal and on our way back from Rhodes we were asked to pay for it what we should not in Swiss. Only one leg was with Swiss all the rest were with other companies.

All flights arrived on time. Swissair service was excellent while Lufthansa was very good.
