Flights Brussels - Stockholm

The city of Brussels is part of the Brussels-Capital Region which is composed of 19 municipalities. To serve the needs of the capital and the region, there are two important airports that are part of its transport infrastructure. Brussels Airport is the principal air hub capable of processing more than 20 million passengers a year. It has one large terminal with many piers. Zaventem, as it is also known, handles 489,000 tons of cargo annually. It has lounges, shops and ATM facilities, as well as parking spaces for over 12,000 vehicles. The secondary airport is Brussels South Charleroi Airport, which is where most budget airlines land.

Zaventem is accessible by several modes of transport. Taxis are by far the most efficient for guests on flights from Brussels to Stockholm. For passengers who are travelling light, buses are inexpensive and you can board them from Brussels North or NATO stops. Bus 12 from central Brussels and number 21 from Brussels-Luxembourg train station also go to the airport. From Central Station, you can catch a train to Zaventem. To reach Brussels South Airport, the most practical way is to use shuttle buses which run every 30 minutes from Midi Station. It is also possible to take the train (Charleroi-South Station) and then the bus to the airport.

Sweden's capital is a modern city with strong links to its fabulous history and culture. The city has four airports, but the main ones are Stockholm Arlanda and Bromma Stockholm. From Arlanda to the city centre, you can take the Arlanda Express which is a high-speed train. Commuter trains serve Stockholm and Uppsala. An alternative is to use Flybussarna Airport Coaches to the city. Taxis are found outside of the arrivals terminal and there is a dispatcher on site for any questions. Other means of reaching central Stockholm include car sharing and rental cars. From Bromma Airport, Flybussarna coaches and Stockholm Public Transport (SL) route 110 are practical ways to get to the city. Moreover, you can also take taxis and rental cars to get to the city.
