Alternatively, the Amsterdam Airport Express (bus 397), operated by R-net, departs from the bus station outside Schiphol Plaza and stops at major points like Leidseplein and Museumplein.

For those staying in the city centre, most major hotels are within walking distance of the central station or easily reached via the city's extensive tram network.
