Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports are located close to the city center, whereas Beauvais–Tillé and Châlons Vatry airports are farther away from Paris.

Getting to Paris airport

Your flight from Paris to Vienna may take off from any of the many airports in Paris. CDG Airport, also known as Roissy Airport, is the largest in France and has two terminals. RER B Regional-Express train, easyBus non-stop airport bus service and Roissybus connect Central Paris to CDG Airport. Orly Airport is the second largest in Paris and has two terminals. The RER B train line connects Antony train station with Orly. Other modes of transportation include Tramway T7, RATP buses and taxis. Chalons Vatry and Beauvais–Tille are 105 and 85 kilometers from Central Paris respectively, and can be reached by train and shuttle services.

Getting to Vienna

Arriving to the city centre

Flights to Vienna land at Vienna International Airport, located 18 kilometers from the city center. It is Austria's largest airport and has 4 terminals. To reach Vienna city center, take the S-Bahn's S7 route, which takes around 25 minutes in journey time. The faster City Airport Train takes only 16 minutes. The OBB Railjet trains are another option to reach the city center. You can also take buses to central Vienna from just outside the airport. If you wish to take a taxi, you can find them outside the arrivals area. Ask your driver to take the A4 motorway, which heads toward central Vienna.
