Air One "Smart Carrier" is an Italian low cost carrier with four bases at Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, Malpensa Airport (Milan), Pisa International Airport, and Venice Marco Polo Airport. Though operating under it's own name, the airline's parent company is Alitalia. With a smaller fleet of 9 Airbus and Boeing, the budget airline flies to 34 destinations across Europe and North Africa. The frequent-flyer program is called MileMiglia.
There are different ways to check-in for your Air One flight: airport desk check-in; Air One fast check-in machines; online check-in (only at select airports); mobile check-in.
The suggested time to arrive at the airport to check-in is 2 hours before scheduled flight departure. The official airport check-in deadline for flights to/from Milan Malpensa Airport to all destinations is 45 minutes before departure.
Online and mobile check-in are available up to 3 hours before scheduled flight departure and are supported for all flights except to/from Tunis, Istanbul, Tirana, St. Petersburg, and Kiev.
All passengers are allowed only one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 8kg and maximum dimensions of 55 x 35 x 25cm.
Important: Other items like hand bags, cameras, laptops, etc. must be stored within the main piece of cabin luggage or an excess baggage fee will be applied.
