Delayed flights on code share TAP
The time between flights offered at the purchase was 50 minutes. The first flight was 10 min delayed. When the plane landed in Munich, all passengers had to wait another 25 min for the stairs to be able to get out of the plane. The time of 50 min was not enough to make it on time and we missed the plane from Munich to Dublin. We were redirected from Munich to Frankfurt to get the plane to Dublin, which increased the total journey time from 5 to 19 hours (travel with small kids). We notified the plane crew about our next filght, nothing was done to help, person at the airport was also notified that we are on the way but nothing was done to assist our transfer. The communication was simply not there or there was no will to help... the person at the departure gate told us that they knew but didn't want to wait. I'm not happy with the service provided and wouldn't recommend it.
Transatlantic flights should have 32kg luggage. Even economy class...

flight delay not informed until seated in the plane and waited for an hour. I straight fall asleep upon seating after international travels. When I woke up one hour after, we were still at the gate and I had to catch another connection in Frankfurt. When I asked the hostess to have an update, she replied rudely that if I was not having my headset on my ears, I would have listened to the captain message and I would not have to ask!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The plane was as well disgusting, on my front seat, there were Orange Juice, Tomatoe sauce and dirty marks everywhere.
I did not understand that my flight was on business class and now I may have problems to get paid by my company.

Long flight but access to entertainment options helped pass time.
First attempt to use Leipzig airport was a disaster. Lufthansa seems to think it is ok not to let passengers leave Leipzig and cancelling flights two hours after it was supposed to leave is ok.
Vol aller et retour en retard, embarquement avec un peu de retard seulement, donc non contestable puis une fois dans l’avion , là bien bloqué on attend bien plus longtemps. Méthode très discutable
