2 flights: 2 delays, thank you Air France! Arriving in Moscow, they lost my luggage. 24h later, they found it and weren't able to send it back to Moscow because of strike. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !
The company was on stole and cancelled 2 of my flights
Too small a space for legs in the AF plane . Then they lost my luggage
Way too expensive. Another airline cancelled us and we had bookings of a villa so had to go on the date we’d chosen

I could not take my bag on the plane although it was 12 kilo. and i had to pay 40Euro to check it in!!
I DIDN'T TAKE THIS FLIGHT. MY TRAVEL PLANS CHANGED AND YOU WANTED TO CHARGE ME 50€ TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT. I SPOKE TO AIR FRANCE AND THEY WERE VERY SURPRISED BY THIS GREED ON YOUR PART (GIVEN THAT I LOST THE ENTIRE COST OF THE FLIGHT) AND THEY ADVISED ME TO BE A "NO SHOW", WHICH IS WHAT I DID. I FOUND ANOTHER FLIGHT AND WROTE OFF THE COST OF THE AIR FRANCE FLIGHT. I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.
Both flights were delayed. Otherwise it was ok.

Our dinner was boiled vegetables ....although we opted for hindu meal ...it does mean that Hindus eat only veg....besides I am a Christian from India and food can be veg or non veg and has no relevance to ones religion ....air France needs to correct this immediately
It was a very bad experience. Our flight was canceled we went to Ch de gaule airport they find. Solution transfer us via Milan came back on a charter. Awful food no hot meal a very little sandwich didn’t worth the real price I paid for the ticket. They canceled also the flight the following day we were lucky not to delay and went to the airport to find a solution. It will be my last time to flight with Air France
