Online check-in

There are 2 ways you can check-in for your Air France flight: online check-in or airport check-in. Online, you can check-in up to 30 hours before scheduled flight departure from your PC or on your internet enabled mobile phone. To check-in at the airport you can do so at a self-service kiosk or at an Air France check-in counter.

This was not an Air France flight. It was Vietnam Airline. Because the tickets were purchased via Air France and operated by the National airline, access to seating plans etc were not available.
