About Czech Airlines

The Czech airline, CSA Czech Airlines is headquartered at the Václav Havel Airport Prague in Ruzyne, Prague. The airline was founded in 1923 by the the Czechoslovak government and currently serves 43 destinations, including one domestic route. Since 2001, CSA Czech Airlines is a member of the SkyTeam alliance. Their frequent-flyer program is called OK Plus.

Czech just lost my luggage with ALL MY STUFF on it ! My clothes My shoes my jackets my medicines...i have complained with them at thei website but i am already in Brazil withou my stuff...it was just an awfull experience and i do not recomend it to anyone

Lost connection. Ended up using a new connection via Munich. All 3 planes I took were delayed. Had to arrive 6:40pm. Arrived 23:30. Airline staff was not helpful.

Czech Airlines canceled our flight and we had to move all our plans one day ahead. We are still waiting for a response regarding the compensation of our train tickets which we had to cancel and buy new ones for a different date.

3 hours of delay announced after departure time though the plane was not even there so they could have announced it much earlier Missed connection. 8 hours total delay Guitars in soft-case not allowed on board. Charged as extra luggage on the return flight
