We had an awful experience with Air Canada. When arriving at Dublin airport we queued for boarding passes which took nearly an hour. Then an Air Canada representative approached everyone telling them the flight is going to be delayed for 12 hours. As we were travelling with a small dog we weren't accomadated at all. The hotel that they were sending passengers too wouldnt accept dogs so we had no choice but to sit around in Dublin airport for nearly 12 hours. All we got was one food voucher for our breakfast and that was it. After spending a lot of money on the flight we should of been looked after much better. We will ever fly with Air Canada again.Rob
At check in, we discover that for just a connection in Canada my wife (mexican) needed a visa. The check in has been denied and nobody helps us. Very bad experience with Air Canada. I never thought that for a transit of 2 hours, somebody would need a visa. Unbelievable. We lost the flight and needed to pay for another ticket with another airlines. Thank you Air CanadaJacques Delom
