Good legroom. Better than most airlines. In flight entertainment is excellent and multilingual.
Cuzco airport closes from 8pm to 3am. I had an early flight so thought I'd have a late dinner & get a taxi out and chill in the airport.... big mistake. Sitting out in the rain for hours. ( I sheltered across road ) but still a mistake.

Thought 1st 5 hour flight would have fully reclining seats. The meals were very unimaginative. I asked for lacto vegetarian & I got vegan. Both flights took off over an hour late too
The hotel is not the good choice to visit L’Havana. Too far from the old city

Tedious long flight ending with Air Europe an airline I will try to NEVER use again! What a mess no service delays you name it everything negavive they do it all with the arrogance as if they work on a first class airline.....
Booked to fly Quito-Bogota Bogota-Madrid Found out only when checking in that we had to detour to Medellin to switch aircraft. This was never explained to us and we received zero warning. Flight from Medellin-Madrid flown through charter company Wamos Air. Plane was not suitable for a 10 hour flight. It was the sort of plane used for domestic or short haul flights. Seats were very small and uncomfortable. No entertainment systems no usbs for charging. Air hostesses only came round 2 times during the whole 10 hours offering refreshments. These times were during dinner and breakfast. No other beverages snacks or even water offered. No water served as default with meals - very unusual. Nobody was able to explain to us in English what was going on RE detour to Medellin or chartered flight and we had to piece information together ourselves. Very unsatisfactory experience. Additionally the flight was over an hour late landing in Madrid. We had a connecting flight to catch and luckily had a long layover other passengers seemed to not be so lucky.
My luggage was not picked up from Cuzco and brought only after 2 days while there are several flights per day. I had a very bad experience when calling to find out where my luggage was after 2 days- the operator had no idea was asking all kind of useless info but not giving me answers. I agreed with him for my luggage to be sent to Lima to be called 20mins later by someone else that I need to go pick up my luggage from the airport. Very unprofessional.
Flight has been canceled, I want my money back. You will talk with my lawyer.
