Lady who was checking us at boarding gate was so rude and harsh. Then when we went to reclaim our bags on arrival we had no way of knowing what area or carousel to go to. Others were as confused as we were Took us an hour to find the baggage. No apologies . Cost us extra as taxi had to wait.
