Good overall
I wouldnt even give it one star. I cant believe how I was treated. I accidently booked the wrong weekend and realised when I was checking in so I quickly booked new flights and I mailed on the day I was home - the tuesday and explained the situation and asked could I get a refund. If they said no that would have been fine but they said yes- but it would be minus the tax and admin of ?39. So I said no problem and confirmed this was ok. She mailed me back (on facebook) and said that ?39 was refunded. Immediately I said no . that she said I would get a refund minus the ?39. She said it was a misunderstanding and apologised for how her message was worded. I told her I would keep the flights as ?270 is a lot to lose on tickets especially when I had just flown over there and I will be again. She said it was too late the refund was given and I told her a refund can be reversed if on the same day but she said no so I asked her to give me a voucher for flights for that weekend or any weekend but again she just said no. I cant believe it. Such a big airline and I had friends on the flights who said there were spare seats too.
