Getting much better and is a better experience than some of the British airports.

Very crowded, we think that more use of terminal 2 would ease congestion. Like most airports when staff are speaking into the public address system they have the microphone too close, and it comes out as an inaudible din.

Ocs the assistance group in Dublin airport are amazing. They were so kind, courteous & respectfull to my mother and to other people I saw them helping. They should travel to train a lot of airport staff around the world how to treat their elderly & disabled clients. Well done dublin airport & COS.
