Clean and modern. Plenty of choice. Enough seating.
Perfect
Norwegian Airlines definitely decreased your rating.
Dublin is my preferred airport to fly from and to in Ireland. Very clean lots to do there in case of long waits.
The air traffic control computer system was down and the flight was delayed over 3 hours on return to Dublin. It was difficult to know what was happening and mixed messages were received from staff. No refreshments were offered on the flight.
Very easy and well organized
Very good
Thankfully Are Lingus couldn't have been more helpful and facilitated me with changes. If it wasn't for them I would have missed both flights. I won't be booking with E Dreams again.
I love Dublin airport
Long way to departure gate
N/A
Will not fly with again feel very badly done by
Good airport
Again mis information
Terminal 1 arrivals is in dire need of an update. Terminal 2 is nice
Getting much better and is a better experience than some of the British airports.
Very crowded we think that more use of terminal 2 would ease congestion. Like most airports when staff are speaking into the public address system they have the microphone too close and it comes out as an inaudible din.
Wish I could give zero stars pity I even have to give one
Ocs the assistance group in Dublin airport are amazing. They were so kind courteous & respectfull to my mother and to other people I saw them helping. They should travel to train a lot of airport staff around the world how to treat their elderly & disabled clients. Well done dublin airport & COS.
Could do with more staff at security. Lots of empty lanes.
to much hasel to get in
Going through passport control all the self check machines not working also could be a designated pass point for Diplomatic and military personnel
Dublin check in very confusing
Too much walking in between check in and access to airplane. Would have hated to have children with me.
Clean easy to get around but staff are extremely rude and not helpful manners are lacking.
Too many security control
Left passport in car did not accept work(HSE) ID with photo have to go back to long term car park to bring passport for ID.
Checked in T 2 and then had to walk to T 1 for flight. Log walk with hand luggage. Could not bring trolley
My luggage was lost twice on my trip because dreams did not give me a booking with direct luggage transfer to my destinations
