As always the in-flight service was good. The airline worked on the food, better than expected. More leg room than KLM. Overall good value for money
I find the price of the ticket a bit too high for the short flight. otherwise it was a good service which kept time.
Service quality was excellent. The only issue i had was small meal we had from Nairobi to Harare when i was expecting a filling dinner ( we were served a small pie)

I booked one way and when I saw the ticket just before coming to Nbo I observed that there was a return included. I do not want to travel back to London and certainly not in April. Can you please allow me to change the return date and destination or cancel the return and refund me? Thank you John

So at the end I did not get 2lagguages as usual as I am frequent traveller elite silver. Please change only my names
My flt to Mumbai was good. No complains. The flt to London via Cairo was excellent on Egyptair Buisness class. Online checkin was an issue on this route. The final return from London to Nbo via Cairo was very uncomfortable specially the economy class no wine was served. I checked in 2 bags at London airport till Nairobi. I was given 2 boarding cards for Lhr-Cairo & Cairo-Nbo. I arrived Nairobi on 14-09-18 at 03.45 hrs by flt no MS849 and received only 1 bag. I reported at swissport the missing bag. I received a call on morning of15-09-18 from Swissport that my bag has arrived. I was told to pick my bag. I told them that Egyptair is the one who made the error so kindly deliver the bag to me. A lady by name of Emma told me that she has requested her department about them to deliver my bag. I called 5 times from 1pm till 7pm on the same day15-09-18 No response so I had to go to the airport to collect my bag. I incurred expense of taxi 1500 shs each way. Total cost 3000 shs. Total time wasted was from 9pm to 11.30 pm is when I returned. File reference:-NBOMS10815/14SEP18/0124GMT NAME:-HARIA/VIPUL/MR TICKET NO:-0772596960667 TAG NO:-MS545696. Kindly request Egyptair to pay my expenses & time wastage approx 5000 shs. Poor service at check in and in the plane
Flight delayed over two hours with further one hour delay due to runway closure following debris report. Flight connection to Mombasa missed. The re-booked flight was also delayed ! The menu was disappointing and breakfast was miniscule - all this for Euros 771 !!
