Aeromexico web check-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before scheduled flight departure. You can print your boarding pass and go directly to the bag drop counter, or if you are traveling without luggage, proceed directly to the security control. the web page changed my flight date several times. what caused my flight to present problems. I called the helpdesk and the Spanish department is not available which is strange since the airline is supposedly Mexican. They charged me twice more expensive for each passage just to modify it and they do not return the money for canceling it. they do not give cheap alternative options either even though they have them. very bad experience I lost a lot of money and the deal was not good

One single catastrophe. The plane made an extra stop in Cozumel. Therefore I missed the next flight and had to spend two nights in Cancun one of them at the airport. This and booking new flights lead to additional costs of approx. 700€. So what we´re doing now?
