Staff neither friendly nor helpful Plane in general from Cairo to Aswan was not clean neither was the seat and belt in business class On return flight from Luxor there was no business class at all we got economy seats and this is literally seen as rip-off

Very bad experience. The first flight was delay and I had to run with my 4 year old daughter and the hand luggage. No one would help. In Egypt they didnt understand english. Then the landind in Madrid was awfull, I though we were about to have an accident with so much movement but the weather was ok so we couldnt understand what was the problem. And the pilot wasnt explaining anything. Plus of course they lost my luggage..
