No time when we transfer in Amman. Very stressful transfer. The gate of the flight that went to ateo Avivi was going to close. The lady at the boarding gate was really not very nice with us The flight from Cairo to Amman had a delay of 25 minutes.

I didn’t take that flight I asked the person I spoke to for over half an hour to help in changing the date but he wasn’t helpful so I asked him to cancel the ticket and refund the balance he said nothing to refund so I asked him to cancel it he never sent me a cancellation confirmation do you call this good service???
