The cabin of the plane was extremely warm - I mentioned it to the air steward and still nothing was done - I was only in a shirt !!CJ
British airways flight was perfect. Aircraft seats were very comfortable, service was good, air hosts behaviour was very good. Ryanair flight was okay. I had to wait for 60 minutes at the check in queue which was not pleasant. I understand it is a low cost airline but the aircrafts are not as efficient and passenger friendly as one would expect. They charged us 65 pounds for a bag. I never saw anywhere that we coud not take a luggage with us. That was very disappointing. The food in the airplane was really bad as well.Lilit
Disaster from start to finish, wrong gates posted 3 times, no gate once ( Madrid) zMy luggage in Spain with me in London. i had a bad experience- turned up late for my flight which is my own fault- the check in had closed and when I asked for help the person at the check in desk told me he couldn't help as was going "off shift"- he then told me to go to the BA help desk and I went there and it was closed. there was no help or sympathy from BA. General comment on all airlines with whom I have flown recently:- Still many passengers using their telephones mid flight to send and receive texts, using the subterfuge of 'airline mode'. Passengers at the back of the aircraft being allowed by airline staff to place their hand baggage near the front of the aeroplane and NOT close to where they are sitting.Tim
