My flight was fine, but what I do not appreciate is over-commercialization of everything. You cannot feel welcomed by the company if they are not willing to offer a glass of water to all passengers, but only to those who want to pay. Whatever you need to do at the airport and in aircraft you have to pay, so this leaves an impression of company which cares only of your money and nothing else. I think such a renowned company as British Airways can afford to offer a glass of water to its clients.

Outbound flight was very good. Return flight was a disaster. BA have what I consider to be an unfair term on their boarder card as they removed me from the manifest before I got through security some 3-4 mins after the time. The gate was still open for another 10 mins (Gate is beside security) and the flight was not leaving for another 30 mins. I had checked in on line and had no bags to check. They then made me queue and told me I had bought the "cheap" ticket (in a derogatory way) and that they would only offer me a return flight for ?179 which was significantly more expensive than Aer Lingus on line. I travel frequently and I have never known that they would remove a person from the manifest if they had not cleared security by a certain time. This would be considered an unfair term as the boarding document is used for boarding not for amending standard terms that persons that travel are used to. I have emailed them looking for that flight to be reimbursed or to pay what I had to pay to Aer Lingus that evening to get home. I have still not heard from them.

People should be told that check-in must be done at the counter in the airport, and that the counter is on the lower level. I nearly missed the flight searching for the British Airways counter.

Missed my flight back home... cause British airline didn't recognise agency booking reference no. And had to check in airport air line desk. Thinking I am flying back at 21.15 while my flight time was 20.15.... though arrived with no checking bags but cause I had no boarding pass and got lost for 15 min in Munich airport looking for the desk to check in and the attendant refused to check me in claiming am 10 min late to last check in service. Had to pay for easy jet flight to Luton airport and then uber taxi to Heathro...,, not impressed... please forward valid checking reference no in future or one which works

Delay between boarding and takeoff was an hour. We sat on the plane for an hour with nothing to do with two delays. First delay they said would take 10 minutes but took 30 and then second delay took half an hour more. After reading the reviews online it seems thus airlibe regularly has delays. I would neve4 have chosen this airline had I read the reviews or realised it was not actually a British Airlines flight.
