The cabin of the plane was extremely warm - I mentioned it to the air steward and still nothing was done - I was only in a shirt !!CJ
i had a bad experience- turned up late for my flight which is my own fault- the check in had closed and when I asked for help the person at the check in desk told me he couldn't help as was going "off shift"- he then told me to go to the BA help desk and I went there and it was closed. there was no help or sympathy from BA. I had to go to the TAP desk to purchase a new flightEmma
One complaint... 2 days before the flight on 14 Dec I reserved seats at a total cost of 46 euros. At the check in we were given two separate seats ( not together which was impossible for us as my wife has a fear of flying ) our reserved seats had been given to other passengers at no cost!!! We both had wheelchair assistance and our attendant was eventually able to get seats together for us. We were 2rows behind the seats actually booked and were able to speak to the occupants at the luggage carousel who confirmed that they were allocated our booked seats AFTER we had bought the reservation. They obviously should not have been available. We would like the 46 euros to be refunded . Mike StapletonMike
British airways flight was perfect. Aircraft seats were very comfortable, service was good, air hosts behaviour was very good. Ryanair flight was okay. I had to wait for 60 minutes at the check in queue which was not pleasant. I understand it is a low cost airline but the aircrafts are not as efficient and passenger friendly as one would expect. Air hosts were friendly.Nicoletta
They charged us 65 pounds for a bag. I never saw anywhere that we coud not take a luggage with us. That was very disappointing. The food in the airplane was really bad as well.Lilit
Ground services in zrh were ok. But the special assistance I had pre ordered at Heathrow was abysmal. It took more than an hour for anyone to appear, was dumped in a cold, draughty waiting area: nowhere to get so much as a warm drink. That I had a driver waiting was of no interest at all. Very disappointed.Hispeedlady
You booked my flight with the name and surname mixed. I could not check in until I got to the airport and it took a while.Esteban
There was a delay of 2h30 for the flight, which mean no subway in London when we arrived at midnight.an unhappy customer
E mailed booking confirmation and flight booking confirmation could be clearer marked as which is which. This could be done on the subject line of you E mails.geoff
On return trip from LAX to Dublin we were to fly Aer Lingus back to Ireland and thought our flight was to be from Heathrow as we had made this trip many times with other airlines and found out in LAX that we had to fly out of Gatwick and not Heathrow. This caused us to get out luggage in Heathrow, take the bus to Gatwick and pay and extra 50 Pounds for transport. I hadn't checked my flight details when I got them and assumed Heathrow was where we would fly from. My wife has health issues and was upset because of this change as it caused her to carry several heavy bags between Heathrow airport the central bus station and then in Gatwick. The overall flight was good, but I will fly another airline in the future because of this change.Todd
Great plane, great entertainment system. I found the seats comfortable with sufficient space (180cm, 80kg). I read reviews about Iberia before the flight, mostly bad ones, which now seem completely unjustified. The only remark I have is about the cabin crew. Nothing major but they can work a bit on their manners. They are super rushed when serving meals and drinks, couldn't wait a few seconds even when asking what drinks we wanted with the meals without insisting for a response. They also charge down the aisle without taking care not to nudge the passengers on their way. I don't understand how they expect passengers to see them coming from behind. I got a few good bumps on the arm/shoulder.Mare
Outbound BA marvellous Return flight chaotic with Thomas Cook. They allowed free access to plane - no numbered seating to allow back of plane to board first in ordered manner. Therefore we lost our slot and had to sit on plane for more than an hour. This fouls so easily be rectified. 220 passengers loading themseAnnie
Overall pleased with flights but information on having a visa for Australia should have been made clear. Nowhere stated that a visa was required for entry and a visa had to be processed in Dublin airport (thankfully there was an office open to to this upon arrival).no
price high for a short trip, baggage charge for one bag should have been included, expected 1 free bag when I booked flight, food was a great surprise, flight attendant very good, thank you for an enjoyable trip, will fly again, yes no responses in this survey don-t seem to work on line, cannot answer the questions with yes no response, sorryDonald Luckenbill
Excellent service, including a sandwich and coffee! BA should add extra toilet for economy passengersMike
I had booked in online so che3ck-in was no problem. Boarding was simple. Being 80 years old I was permitted by the ground staff to sit in the early boarding seats, although I hadn't paid for that. I got a good seat onboard with generous leg-room after asking one of the cabin crew if an aisle seat was available. The in-flight snack was tasty and went well with a bottle of the well-chosen French wine. I managed to get a copy of the Dasily Telegraph before boarding. The Mail was also available.Roger
Flights on time, all full but efficient service. As is usual with economy class the leg room was inadequate. The airline spends so much in enhancing the other classes and neglects economy - the class many people travel by out of necessity.Owebs
Great inflight service, but disappointed that we were diverted to Heathrow as didnt have functioning equipment on the plane that would allow us to land in fog at Gatwick. Also, family had no way of contacting Gatwick to find out where plane had been diverted to as all Gatwick and BA help desks were closedfreddy
LHR got very stressfull on the return leg. The gate is not anounced until very late. We had to walk (and go by train) a very long distance to the gate. Very stressful.Deepthroat Junoir
terrible, cost me over 400 euros, bad advice - long waiting times. I will be complaining to everyone i can.enightmare
