The cabin of the plane was extremely warm - I mentioned it to the air steward and still nothing was done - I was only in a shirt !!

Average Rating4.5/5

British airways flight was perfect. Aircraft seats were very comfortable, service was good, air hosts behaviour was very good. Ryanair flight was okay. I had to wait for 60 minutes at the check in queue which was not pleasant. I understand it is a low cost airline but the aircrafts are not as efficient and passenger friendly as one would expect. Air hosts were friendly.

Average Rating3.0/5

They charged us 65 pounds for a bag. I never saw anywhere that we coud not take a luggage with us. That was very disappointing. The food in the airplane was really bad as well.

Average Rating4.0/5

Disaster from start to finish, wrong gates posted 3 times, no gate once ( Madrid) zMy luggage in Spain with me in London. As we were travelling my luggage was not opened until this morning and the following was missing, I pad, car camera, 2 tv box sets, a battery operated hard skin remover this had to happen in transit as the strap I had on my case was also missing

Average Rating3.7/5

There was a delay of 2h30 for the flight, which mean no subway in London when we arrived at midnight.

i had a bad experience- turned up late for my flight which is my own fault- the check in had closed and when I asked for help the person at the check in desk told me he couldn't help as was going "off shift"- he then told me to go to the BA help desk and I went there and it was closed. there was no help or sympathy from BA. I had to go to the TAP desk to purchase a new flight

Average Rating4.0/5

You booked my flight with the name and surname mixed. I could not check in until I got to the airport and it took a while.

Average Rating2.5/5

I coulnd not get in to airplane as British Airways clerk left the counter 10 minutes earlier than normal time and I could not get my boarding pass printed so I missed the flight because of their stupid mistake!!!!!

Average Rating3.0/5

General comment on all airlines with whom I have flown recently:- Still many passengers using their telephones mid flight to send and receive texts, using the subterfuge of 'airline mode'. Passengers at the back of the aircraft being allowed by airline staff to place their hand baggage near the front of the aeroplane and NOT close to where they are sitting.

Average Rating4.0/5

Excellent service, including a sandwich and coffee! BA should add extra toilet for economy passengers

I paid you guys for a bag when I get to check in they can't find that I paid for a bag and had to pay 100.00 euro for the bag.. I also missed the flight because I was looking at the board for boarding information and nothing came up. I was told after that the board is not working and they Aldo changed gate. The board was working because I saw many flight saying when it was being boaded

Barcelona El Prat - Dublin (BCN - DUB)

To my unpleasant surprise the flight wasn't operated by British Airways but by Vueling so I payed more for nothing. Also, we had a delay of 1h. 55m. Just enough not to have to pay us for it. Very annoying and unpleasant experience.
