i had a bad experience- turned up late for my flight which is my own fault- the check in had closed and when I asked for help the person at the check in desk told me he couldn't help as was going "off shift"- he then told me to go to the BA help desk and I went there and it was closed. there was no help or sympathy from BA. I had to go to the TAP desk to purchase a new flight
Price said €130, I added an insurance för €10, and somehow ended up paying €170. I wonder where those additional €40 came from ...? (That's why I've marked Yes for Extra payments below.)
I could not change or select my seat until 24 hours prior to flying all window and aisle seats were taken, this takes BA off the list. I had a seat with the bulkhead behind me and my seat could not recline fully, but the person in front seat could, so a face full of seat the whole way for 11+hours - worst flight ever
How an earth you can sell flights which contain airport change between a city!!! I´m very very disappointed, that you are selling that kind of options, not even proper way warning about it! I found out just in airport, that by the way, you have to find your way to other airport! Very very low way to sell tickets and I will never ever use your services again, because of your low trick!
They charged us 65 pounds for a bag. I never saw anywhere that we coud not take a luggage with us. That was very disappointing. The food in the airplane was really bad as well.
The chance of airports Heathrow to Gatwick when coming back not good. Flight delayed from Shanghai and had to collect my suitcase and check-in again at Gatwick pain in a bud. Plus cost me £110 to just about to make my flight back to Dublin had less then 5min to spare.
The food is not great, especially the breakfast and the economy seats are dreadfully uncomfortable for long flights
