i could not make it.i was very unwell.i went to a local hospital and i was very well looked after.i went home and slept.i have been stressed out with work and i cant remember even booking the flight on british airways.

As you deal with various airlines it would be so helpful to put in large letters new policies e.g can only pay with credit card for any purchases on BA. and on Ryan Air take a padlock as they randomly put hand luggage in the hold.

London Gatwick - Malaga Málaga (LGW - AGP)From: €60

Average Rating5.0/5

Gexcellent flight, boarded quickly, left on time, arrived early and only one niggle : coffee was just dregs from the pot, undrinkable. Overall a very good experience

Average Rating2.0/5

I had a lot of problems because you had put the wrong name on the booking. Therefore I could not get in to the system with ref 6E3VK9. You had put my first names attached together, Erikanders instead of Haggo therefore BA told me that we were not on the flight. Impossible to contact you so I had to buy a new ticket from BA. When I got your information on the morning of departure and saw the name you had used I did get in but am now in the process of trying to get my ticket bought from BA. Who will compensate me for your mistake?

Barcelona El Prat - New York John F Kennedy Intl Airport (BCN - JFK)From: €525

Average Rating4.0/5

flight from BCN to NYC with british airways: lunch okay, but the snack before landing was just a simple candy (small kit kat, mars,....) and the Stewardess just allowed each traveller to take one, which was obviously ridiculous

London Gatwick - Glasgow Scotland (LGW - GLA)From: €68

British airways change my flight at last time, I had to pay a lot for change to another airport more that 90£ in a taxi , Glasgow to Heathrow

Paris Orly - Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (ORY - PHX)

If there is a strike and a flight is cancelled, and the customer calls 24 hours before departure for more information, please do something about it and get your information straight!

Birmingham Intl - Alicante (BHX - ALC)

I thought I was flying with BA. I did not expect to get bumped off on to a third rate company. I would not have booked this flight if I had known it was not BA. It has to be the most appallingly organised flight this year and it HAS to be made very clear that you will not fly BA. Absolutely atrocious!

London Heathrow - Salalah (LHR - SLL)

Average Rating4.0/5

We flew out with Qatar, and returned with BA. The Qatar flight was average, with pretty but unhelpful staff and mediocre food on an unimpressive aircraft. BA staff on the return leg were great, my son's kiddy meal delighted him, and it was a new 320 airbus.

Nice Cote D'azur - Doha (NCE - DOH)

Average Rating1.0/5

I did not notice that the return flight was out of Gatwick between London and Nice on route home. A 3 hour window of layover time is simply not enough time to get to Gatwick in time. Customs to when arriving to Heahtrow on return flight took 1 hour. This caused me to miss my bus at 1:06 to get to Gatwick by 2:06. I got out of customs by 1:20. The next bus was at 1:40pm to arrive between 2:40 and 3pm from Heathrow to Gatwick. My flight from Gatwick to Nice was at 3:05. I missed my flight. Neither British Airways nor Qatar Airways was willing to reimburse or do anything for me. I ended up spending $40 US dollars on bus to Gatwick, $70 for a hotel overnight, $100 on flight next day. So, I really got burned with an additional $220 to my costs of travel.
