My flight was fine, but what I do not appreciate is over-commercialization of everything. You cannot feel welcomed by the company if they are not willing to offer a glass of water to all passengers, but only to those who want to pay. Whatever you need to do at the airport and in aircraft you have to pay, so this leaves an impression of company which cares only of your money and nothing else. I think such a renowned company as British Airways can afford to offer a glass of water to its clients.London
Outbound flight was very good. Return flight was a disaster. BA have what I consider to be an unfair term on their boarder card as they removed me from the manifest before I got through security some 3-4 mins after the time. The gate was still open for another 10 mins (Gate is beside security) and the flight was not leaving for another 30 mins. I had checked in on line and had no bags to check. They then made me queue and told me I had bought the "cheap" ticket (in a derogatory way) and that they would only offer me a return flight for ?179 which was significantly more expensive than Aer Lingus on line. I travel frequently and I have never known that they would remove a person from the manifest if they had not cleared security by a certain time. This would be considered an unfair term as the boarding document is used for boarding not for amending standard terms that persons that travel are used to. I have emailed them looking for that flight to be reimbursed or to pay what I had to pay to Aer Lingus that evening to get home. I have still not heard from them.Venetia

Awful experience. Never again. On my return flight i was chabged for a flight two hours later with no explanation Had a 4year old with me and a 7month old baby starving.Two days later I am still waiting for my suitcases.
