All great! Flight was on time. Only thing that i would add, is that it would be helpful If Eurowings mencioned the Terminal nr. On the ticket.
What seemed as rather lengthy trip turned out to be comfortable lunch break at the stopover airport.
It was not clear my ticket did not include any drink or snack, especially on the across the ocean flight. The layover was too short and I didn’t get my luggage.
Price was good but delay for 3:30h was not good experience.
The flight was delayed for 9 hours, terrible assitance, no explanation for the delay when asked, was given 15€ for those 9 hours and was told to go to McDonalds. This was the worst flight I have taken in my entire life and this is no an exageration. Will never fly with Eurowings, less suggest it to friends or family.
Very well organized trip coordinating
Eurowings staff are very friendly and the service was great! The only issue that I had was at the check-in desk in Vienna. The person checking us in, changed our paid seats without asking and when I mentioned that I had paid for our seats and didn’t want them changed, he said I should go and complain to Eurowings! gradually, I got similar seats back.
My luaggge when I arrived in BKK was broken. All the things in luggage was opened. It it a kind of robber do that.
Very friendly.
The best ever landing I almost didn’t felt touchdown. 5 star to The Captain .
