The delays were unpractical as I had a transfer so LOT and Austrian Airlines did not explain the delays but all and all the flight attendants were very friendly and the service was nice.

Staff and service excellent. Flight was on time. Complimentary water and drinks chocolate biscuits were served which was a nice touch. I will definitely look for LOT again. Service on the plane was great too. Plane comfy and charging station available on the back of the seat that was a Wow! Great stuff. I would book again.
