The staff in the aircraft were kind of rude especially to innocent passengers who boarded the plane after someone sat in the wrong seat which caused others to do the same. As a passenger I felt they expressed some contempt when dealing with us which was slightly unpleasant. However all in all everything went well no delays and no problems.

we land in Dakar without our luggages.had to take a taxi the next day back to the airport to pick them up came with another flight.not good at all.the return flight was the same our luggages came two days later..am not happy

Mi hanno cancellato il volo in andata due giorni prima della partenza dovuto partire soltanto due giorni dopo a ritorno volo partito in ritardo dal Brasile quello che ha provocato la perdita della connessione a Casablanca aeroporto e soggiorno da dimenticare. Chiederò sicuramente il rimborso del biglietto e non raccomando a nessuno volare con questa compagnia.

Not satisfied with the airline. We pay much more than what it deserves. A low cost airline would have probably been better!! The food was aweful! My cousin ordered a dietetic meal online and the steward made fun of her. One of them said ?we don?t have that it?s either chicken or beef? then he was rude to her instead of apologizing. The bathroom are the dirtiest! The entertainment is below average! All they can play on a 4hours flight is Charlie Chaplin without sound! If you call the flight attendant they would either ignore your call or come 30min after their done talking. It surely doesn?t deserve the price it says!! Anyways I don?t recommend this airline. The service is by far the WORST ever.

Missed my connecting flight. No boarding announcements. Was forced to purchase a new ticket to Paris. Staff unaccommodating and slept in airport lounge overnight with nothing to eat since I spent my last 350$ on a new ticket. Won't recommend nor fly RAM ever again.
