About Air Europa

Air Europa Airlines was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Currently the company the is owned by Global Corporation, one of the leaders in the tourism sector in Spain. Air Europa operates flights to destinations across Europe, North Africa, Asia, and America with a fleet of over 30 Boeing and Airbus.

Online check-in

Passengers can check-in online from 48 hours up to 4 hours before scheduled flight departure on the following flights: flights from Spain (except Granada and Zaragoza); flights from Europe (except Geneva); flights from Dakar to Madrid; flights from Caracas, Cancun, New York (JFK), Santo Domingo, Lima, Buenos Aires, Salvador de Bahia.

Please note that on flights from New York, passengers must check-in at the counters at least 1 hour before scheduled flight departure.

If you are traveling without checked luggage you must be present at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before departure for domestic and European flights and 60 minutes before departure for intercontinental flights.

You can check the status of any Air Europa flight online in real time by origin and destination or by flight number.

Hand baggage allowance

The maximum weight for hand luggage on Air Europa flights depends on the class of travel. Economy Class passengers are allowed a maximum weight of 10kg. Business Class passengers are allowed 14kg on short and mid-haul flights and 18kg on long-haul flights.

Maximum dimensions: 55 x 35 x 25cm or 115cm (total of length + width + height)

Checked baggage allowance

The baggage allowance on Air Europa flights is 158cm (length + width + height) and a maximum weight of 32kg (70lb) for each piece of checked luggage.
