Terrible service. The out flight was delayed for 5 hours and nothing in compensation.
The flight from MCI to DFW was excessively delayed. I had a meeting that I missed most of it because of the delay.
We couldn’t fly, the company doesn’t let my brother get on the plane. I am trying to get a refund but it is not possible without eticket nr which I don’t possess.
Flight was full looked for volunteer for taking carry on luggage to check it on at desk on the plane all overhead compartments were full people with carry on luggage could go nowhere and people behind them airline crew looked totally confused ignorant if asked anything no welcome entering the plane more interested huddled together making drinks and could be overheard discussing personal issues rather than welcoming people onto the flight worse I ever seen
Flight got canceled and it was a huge mess
Not being able to choose my seat and having to pay a lot of money just so that I could sit next to my husband was one thing but then we were not served breakfast before we landed. I also slept through the dinner service and when I asked for something to eat because I woke up starving they refused and didn't even offer me a snack. Both directions had incredibly rude flight attendants. Then on our return flight we were seated in front of two children who were screaming through the entire flight. At no point in time did the parents pick them up to console them or do anything to help them and the flight attendants didn't do anything either. My husband is 6'5" and we were unable to get him a seat with extra legroom either. When I asked if I could pay for first class they told me that I had to have points to add to the price. They wouldn't just let me pay for them outright. This was insanity. The first class section wasn't even fully booked.
